When We Train
September to June:
- Wednesday evenings
- 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- third weekend each month.
Full-time summer employment is available from May to August.

Who We Are
39 Signal Regiment is the Army Reserve signal regiment of 39 Canadian Brigade Group with four squadrons garrisoned in Vancouver, Kelowna, Victoria, and Nanaimo British Columbia.
Our mission is to provide rapid and secure communications and information technology support to units within 39 Canadian Brigade Group, thereby providing commanders with effective command and control over their troops.

A Hometown Hero’s welcome in Ottawa
Ottawa, Ontario —Inuk Elder, Qapik Attagutsiak, was recognized as a Parks Canada Hometown Hero at the Canadian Museum of History. The Elder was commemorated for collecting bones in the Canadian Arctic during the Second World War. The bones were then sent to southern Canada to make ammunition, fertilizer and aircraft glue to support Canada’s war efforts.
